Dr Abhishek Ghosh is a renowned Microvascular and Cosmetic surgeon with many firsts to his credit.
Dr Ghosh is the first and only surgeon in the world to have replanted all five toes of the patient.
He is also the first surgeon in India to have replanted a complete arm just below the shoulder. He did this proximal arm replant in 2015.
He has authored books in microsurgery.
He has numerous Publications in international peer reviewed journals.
He has presented many research papers in Scientific conferences in the fields of microsurgery and Cosmetic surgery.
He has successfully performed more than 6000 Microvascular and Cosmetic surgeries till date.
He is associated with various charitable programs for the underprivileged.
He is a visiting faculty to Seychelles and goes on invitation of the government of Seychelles to perform surgeries there.
